Dives Deep into the Hearts and Minds of Athletes

I love this podcast. In each episode of Perfectly Flawed, host Renee Fox dives deep into the hearts and minds of the athletes she interviews to get at what motivates them and keeps them doing the hard work they do. I love how she interviews athletes from all different sports and has a wide range of guests from Olympians to Beginners. Renee highlights how athletes at all levels experience similar joys and struggles within sport, and shares lifechanging lessons that keep the listener moving in the direction of their dreams. Highly Recommend!
