    Bruce tackles a controversial topic that is also one of the most important of our time.  Learn about lying and what it is, who lies the most and why, how to know when people are lying, why we need to work on lying less (even when it comes to little or white lies), and how to teach our kids (in particular our teens, to lie less). Kids start lying as early as 4 or 5 and we are the main reason why they lie.  What about conspiracy theories, and why they are the biggest lies of all, and so easily passed on and bought into by certain types of people - learn why people buy into such theories and refuse to change their minds about them even when presented with mountains of evidence to prove they are not true.

    What is mindfulness?  Mindfulness is all about paying attention and to pay attention you need to engage 1 or more of your 5 senses.   When I discovered mindfulness, it became a game-changer and really helped me to reduce my stress and to live more in the moment; to stop thinking about past negative thoughts and regrets and to minimize my future thoughts of worry.

    There is no need to meditate to be mindful.   You can incorporate mindfulness into your daily activities, from brushing your teeth to walking.  There is even a mindful way to eat.  

    I hope you will try to be mindful during just one activity and see how powerful it can be and how much it can make you feel good and more relaxed and less worrisome and to operate at a higher level.
