Empowering

I’ve loved and grown herbs for several years now, mostly just enjoying their scent and beauty with bouquets and such, but recently have wanted to get into herbalism— to discover how much more these gifts have to offer. I’ve found many resources, but Brighid and this podcast are a favorite. Her experience, knowledge, perspective and encouragement on keeping is so empowering. Thank you for sharing your gift, Brighid. ✨

I have gone back and listened again and again to many of her episodes on specific herbs. Bridget is informative and down to earth. A pleasure to listen to.
