LOVE this Podcast!!!!
I was nervous about getting back in the gym since it’s been so long. This episode helped inspire me to start exercising again. It was very encouraging plus informative on how it’s extremely important to move around and get our daily steps in.
Regardless of our busy schedules, our HEALTH should be our first priority. I liked the suggestions on how to get in more of our daily steps - love it!
