The African National Congress (ANC) is leading so far in seven provinces. Over 50% of the votes have been officially declared, following Wednesday's ballot. Latest election results show the ANC, DA and MK party as the top three leading parties. The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, CSIR's election modelling system has put the ruling ANC below 50%. This as partial results in South Africa's national elections continue to trickle in. The ANC looks set to win just 42% of the votes according to projections from the CSIR.
