CSIR puts ANC below 50%
The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, CSIR's election modelling system has put the ruling ANC below 50%. This as partial results in South Africa's national elections continue to trickle in. The ANC looks set to win just 42% of the votes according to projections from the CSIR.
