Over My Shoulder Podcast Episode 6: Introducing the Live Gooder Over My Shoulder Journal

The Over My Shoulder Foundation is excited and very proud to introduce our brand new journal:

Live Gooder. The Over My Shoulder Journal of Instructions for a Good Life.

This journal contains a list of life instructions on everything from flossing your teeth to accepting cookies. And since this is 2020, we have also included instructions on putting on your pants before joining a video call.  So if you or you know someone who tends to forget the basics, consider writing down notes using the prompts in this journal.

It is fun. It is not too serious. But it can have a serious impact on your life if you follow along.

The proceeds from this journal will go towards supporting mentoring those in need especially during these times.

Listen in and enjoy the favorite life instructions from Dawn, Barry, and Alex.

We will post the link to the journal here soon.

Over My Shoulder Podcast Episode 3: Who Were Our Mentors on the Environment?

Over My Shoulder Podcast Episode 3: Who Were Our Mentors on the Environment?

This has been a wild year in terms of climate and environmental debates.  There have been many discussions on whether climate change is man made or not.  Both sides seem to feel very strongly about their position. Yet the fact remains that we as humans need clean water, fresh air, and a sustainable food supply.  The health of the planet is of more lasting importance to the next generation since their time here have only started.  It is no wonder that some of the loudest voices come from young people like Greta Thunberg.

Join the OMS tribe of Dawn Carroll, Barry Orms, Elizabeth Penaranda, and Alex Tran in their discussion of when they first became aware of the environment.  In order words, who were their mentors on the environment.
