Highly recommend the book AND the podcast

The framework offered in Winning Digital Customers is incredibly sensible, helpful, and valuable. In these conversations, Howard brings many of the ideas to life - and expands them - with leading practitioners. There’s a mountain of CX and digital transformation advice out there, but WDC is the leader for its deep roots in reality rather than theory alone - people, stories, challenges, etc.

Finally someone is talking about empathy in digital transformations

After reading Howards book, I found his podcast an excellent companion or rather…a great medium to continue learning about his ideas on digital customers. I like the stories from the guests on how they went through their digital marketing transformations and evolutions.
