When we peel back the layers of protection, floss through to reveal your true joy within. This meditation is one of my favourites. I practice it when times are difficult when the world seems to be against me and then I pause. It ain't all bad.     I love this meditation. It speaks to your higher self, your ID, your true being, consciousness, the spirit. It's whatever resonates with you.

    I use this to ask my higher self a question when I need guidance. We have all been through so much these past few years and uncertainty has been prevalent. Asking your higher being in your Tree of Knowledge for guidance is powerful and meaningful.

    Are you a People Pleaser?

    Are you a People Pleaser?

    We all want to be liked by others. We want to help others. But what if you are the "Go to" person when your boss or your friend needs helping hand,, and you can't say "no". If you do say no, they will never ask you to help again.  What if you helped someone who was ill and made them some food,, but it didn't make them feel better. Not because of your food but you think that it was. You want to make them feel better so they can acknowledge you, so now you apologise profusely and then go over and above what is needed for them so they can like you. This is People Pleasing. Do you recognise these characteristics? I invite you to listen and open an awareness to People Pleasing.
