    Stockholm

This week we're off to Stockholm, famous for its clean living, sleek design, crisp winters and long summer nights. Our guest Malcolm Jack shares the best late-night bites, the locals' favourite swimming spots and the story of an ill-fated warship extraordinarily well preserved by the Baltic waters into which it sank. I love the DK Eyewitness travel books which are well researched and highly informative. The podcast is, sadly, amateur hour. Goofy hosts who ramble on. When talking with a travel writer one felt obligated to tell her (and us) that she hadn’t read the book because she had so many emails. Hey DKE, you can do better.
