Art is essential

Great interview. It is triggering to hear that art is not essential and yet people turn to art during these difficult times, whether it is listening to music, reading a book, watching a film or so many other avenues of escape. If anything, there may be a silver lining through this whole mess by the artists being able to create new material during this down time.
