She’s a GIRLS girl
Cass is such an authentic and vibrant soul! Anytime I’m listening I feel as if she’s chatting with me over a cup of tea. It’s obvious how much love, research, energy, and care is put into every episode and I leave every podcast feeling rejuvenated and inspired. She is so genuine and wants to encourage her listeners to live a more beautiful, balanced life - which we could all gain more of! Her perspective is so fresh and makes me feel like I’m listening to advice from a big sis 💕✨💖
What perfectionism costs
Cassidy is such a refreshing soul and friend. I’ve been following her podcass since 2020. It’s relevant to note this history detail because I’ve seen her manifest and create the vision she had for herself. What’s interesting about this episode is that I am currently healing from imposter syndrome rage and the aftermath of unpacking generational trauma. I identify sometimes as a cycle breaker and this journey is lonely. It’s neat to admit that I’ve been able to break specific habits and patterns with her help and what is mentioned in this episode is sustainable. For example, a diy project for yourself that does not require an outcome. Noting things that you are good at without having high achievement results or a feeling of inadequacy. It made me realize I do enjoy and dance salsa well. Family or certain communities will have you wait until you reached “competition level” to admit that you are a dancer, artist, story-teller, writer, etc. Most importantly, nurturing your mindset is what is vital especially for someone like myself that had a limited belief system for well over a decade. It’s exhausting to keep proving to the external your worth when the secret is to focus on the abundance from within. Give yourself space for that curiosity we once had as children. I also would like a part two of how boundaries of perfectionism affect relationships. Thank you for being the gift you are to all of us. 🩷Adriana
Uplifting and Honest
Cassidy’s podcast is refreshingly real and unapologetic. Each week, it feels like I’m getting a much-needed pep talk from an old friend. She’s inviting, honest, encouraging, and hilarious (especially when she gets going with her accents). Her topics have prompted a lot of reflection on my part, which I appreciate. Keep up the wonderful work, Cassidy! You are inspiring others and making a positive difference.
