@123🤗 ,

Insightful, creative, and practical

I am a Licensed Psychologist and just found your podcast. I love it! So, helpful. I enjoy listening to how you link our behaviors to processes in the brain and psychological dynamic (motivation, depression, vale’s). It seems you offer creative ways of thinking to get people to take action to better their lives. Well, done.
