A great listen

I really enjoy this podcast, it covers so many different aspects of women’s heath and wellness. I loved the Mother’s Day interview it was very inspiring, and a great message to find your purpose and follow your dreams. Thanks for sharing your mother’s wisdom with us all.

Finally

I’ve been on a fitness journey for the last few years but have not been able to get a handle on why I keep going on a merry go round. Progress and then ending back in the same place. I recently started to dig deeper and figure out what was really going on. I started peeling back layers and realizing that I’ve been sabotaging myself and emotionally medicating with food. I didn’t know where to begin and somehow I stumbled on this podcast. It has been really helpful with my self-image and my relationship with food. I’m so thankful to have a podcast that is informative, practical and uplifting. Thank you for this content. I am building my confidence again to now know that I can get a handle on my overall wellness.

SO EMPOWERING!

Listenting to this podcast has changed my life in the way I view myself. It has motivated me on days when I’ve felt like giving up or felt unworthy. It has encouraged me to keep pushing through the difficult days, to rise to the challenge, to create a routine that is realistic and works for ME. It has freed me from the “diet culture”, from the obsessive macro-counting, from the negative- self talk. It has shown me that I’m not alone in my struggle of eating healthy, working out consistently or trying to push out that negative-self talk. It has made me realize that not every day is a great one we will of course have our struggles, but every day is a new start to tackle my goals in a sustainable way that makes sense for me and my lifestyle. I’ve had SO many “aha” moments and have taken the time to not only listen but apply these suggestions into my own life. I’m still working on my relationship with myself and it isn’t easy, but this podcast has been an amazing support system when I’ve felt lost or alone. I always look forward to the new episodes! ❤️
