New to podcast

I just recently downloaded the podcast app and was searching for awhile on podcast for anxiety. I happen to run across Dr.Lisa Cortez podcast and just fell in love with it. It was to the point but also calm and relaxing just hearing what needs to be heard!!! It helped me understand and think more into my anxiety of things I would of NEVER thought of. I instantly followed her podcast and can’t wait to hear more!!!!!

Best Podcast EVER! Seriously!

Dr.Lisa is always so real, calm and honest! Her Techniques and insights have helped me completely change the way I see my anxiety + the help of working with my own therapist. I have been using these techniques for over a few weeks and I’ve never been more confident that I have control over my brain! I can not thank her enough for this podcast!
