We cap off our "self-destruction" block of movies with this one, or we smash it in the dick with a log of wood, depending how you look at it. This movie is notable for being one open to wide and various interpretations, so we really dig into the soil of the dark forest this movie resides within to determine what exactly Von Trier is trying to tell us with it. One thing we can say for certain: Chaos does indeed reign.

We join Kowlaski on this disastrous mission to get a white Dodge Challenger from Colorado to California, poppin' bennies, out smartin' smokies, and meetin' nudie biker cuties along the way. But Kowalski isn't just trying to outrun the law; he's trying to outrun his dark past.

Keeping within our theme of movies dealing with "self-destruction", we revisit the works of one of New York City's finest auteur's, Mr. Abel Ferrara. This time we are discussing 1992's "Bad Lieutenant" a film we collectively regard as a true classic in American cinema. Harvey Keitel stars as the titular bad lieutenant, or L.T., giving a lifetime performance.
