Great podcast and support of new app
A great podcast. Engaging and trustworthy . The new app release information was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve already downloaded the app and started to listen but it was so engaging I had to stop. I’m going to pick up some new trail runners and I think this is just the thing to lose some weight. Nice job!!

Nice to find a podcast that the host and guest stay on topic and don’t joke and grab@!! thru the entire podcast talking over each other and/or laughing at their own jokes. Refreshing to find.
