Great interviews!

I really enjoy the interviews with wellness experts and the techniques of the small things we can do throughout the day to rejuvenate our skin. I find that just 30 seconds of the eye exercises make me feel more awake and seem to give my eyes a boost when they are tired. Thanks for the helpful info Danielle!
