self deprecating
i really enjoy the pod and find it relatable however i say this with a kind heart, please be a have a little more confidence in yourselves! 🥺 a lot of the topic gets lost bc one will say something self-deprecating and then the rest of the show is the other just reassuring the other and then they'll reassure the person who's reassuring and that'll go on for like 15 20 mins and then the episode is over without delving too deeply into the subject it might help to have talking points but also im catching up on old episodes so maybe this changes? <3 u guys
my guardian angels
The other day I found myself feeling overwhelmingly anxious. I was walking in public and my headphones were dead. The only thing that helped was playing this podcast out loud and holding it to my ear like I was listening to a friends voice note. I’ve been listening to Sephy and Wing for the past two years and I’ve heard every episode multiple times over. They have helped me through some of the hardest points in my life and been there through the happiest. As I find myself on the brink of another difficult season in life, I know I will be okay as long as I have these girls to listen too. They make me feel human and seen and never have I ever felt more secure in my experience as a young women. These two girls will never understand how much they’ve helped me and I am forever grateful for them :) Love you two forever and always, Mia <3 xx
