Top demais/Excellent
I discovered this podcast after watching several YouTube videos. The pandemic gave me a chance to change many habits and I dropped 40 lbs/19kg. Having viewed many good, bad, and excellent videos along the way, Gabriel's content was the perfect mix of accurate and clear information delivered in a delightfully playful way. I say the same about this fantastic podcast. I walk 5miles/8km a day, and I take "Gabriel and co." along. It also helps me a great deal in keeping up my Portuguese (lots of new vocabulary for me.) Last, Gabriel is so increadibly humble and open about his views and doubts, he is instantly relatable. Parabens!
