Inspiring and practical for anyone!

I am so glad I stumbled on this podcast when I decided to get back into swimming recently. I listen to this more regularly than any other podcast in my library. There is something for everyone no matter what your age or sport (I would say especially if you don’t have a sport yet). They cover information for your mindset, motivation to keep moving, and some of the best interviews I’ve ever heard! There is a wealth of positivity and inspiration in this podcast. I’m a huge fan!
