    Episode 41: Seize Your Season

    Episode 41: Seize Your Season

All of us are feeling a little funky about our season. The women we know with different lives seem to have more margin, joy, money, community, or more of something. Maybe we dreamed or craved the season we’re in or never saw it coming. Either way - it’s easy for all of us to feel stuck, isolated, and confused about how we got here. We’re wondering - where is the abundance in THIS part of life? What is great about it? And how do we enjoy the days we’re in and not just wish them back when they’re over?

This summer, Jess has a personal dream and desire to help women SEIZE THEIR SEASON. In this episode, Jess tells us what that could look like.

    This isn’t Jess’s podcast; it’s our podcast!

    Episode 38: Motherhood + Rest

With Mother’s Day just around the corner and Tired of Being Tired just coming out, we thought this would be the perfect episode to discuss all things motherhood + rest.  On this episode we brought in our friend, Anna Victorson to share what she’s experienced as a first time mom. Authentically driven and no self promotion

Jess shares people she knows in real life with us. Her podcast does not feel like it is designed for PR or self promotion...instead, I feel that she genuinely and humbly wants to equip us. Her guests share this authentic spirit. She makes each episode as long as it needs to be-no dragging out or making sure to hit certain talking points-and each interview has been very inspiring to me, with multiple “aha” moments. Her interview style is conversational, funny, and gets to deep places as well as shallower but awesome ones (like lipstick colors). I appreciate Jess’s authentic desire to empower women to hear and respond to God’s voice. Thank you for this gift!

What I needed in this season!

Love this podcast!! I recently had a baby and this podcast has been my go to during 4am feeds, quiet morning walks and in those moments I have just needed to be rejuvenated and reminded that there are others going through it. Highly recommend!
