Episode 98: How to not be tired

    1. Develop deep nighttime empathy with “morning guy”
    2. Discover and liberally utilize “inevitable rejuvenation practices”
    3. Separate proactive and reactive time
    4. Cultivate a love of working energized and a hatred of working while tired

A rational take on improving one’s habits and life

Alex, I’ve listened to several episodes now. I appreciate your take on flourishing and loved the interview on fasting. Any new episodes coming? Would be nice to hear your take on post-pandemic issues.

Choose To Flourish

Alex is one of the most clear thinking individuals of our time. His concise articulation of the idea that the first principle in all we do is Human Flourishing said perfectly what I had intuited but never been able to so eloquently state. I am doing some cool things with my life, but never enjoyed the journey as much as I wanted. As part of my quest to enjoy and thrive in the process as much as the outcome, I found Alex's podcast and his series on Relaxed Productivity very useful and beneficial.

Let’s Flourish!

Alex is always incredibly lucid, his commitment to clarity and truth may just save the world, or perhaps lead us to understand it isn’t the world that needs saving.
