Carminati Creamery makes delicious gelato from scratch and their long-awaited Jenkintown location just opened in Yorkway Place. The PIC stopped by, ate some gelato, and have some thoughts. We remember the history of Carminati in Jenkintown from its humble beginnings as a Summer Music Series gelato cart to the pandemic hustle of home delivered cold treats, to the Glenside location, and finally now back home to one of the coolest areas of town. Plus, updates on Jenkintown 150 events, Chrissie's yoga studio, and the story of how a pallet of floor tiles destroyed Steve's shoulder. It's a short and sweet episode.
