Former Titans coach Mike Vrabel, a Northeast Ohio native, Ohio State alum and Super Bowl champion with the Patriots, is a consultant with the Browns and was very visible on the field during Thursday's OTA practice. How involved will Vrabel be with the Browns?

Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson threw the football in front of the media on Thursday during OTA practice, the first time we've had a chance to see him throw since the win in Baltimore.
Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe start their Thursday Orange and Brown Talk podcast by discussing what they saw from Watson. How did he look throwing the football? What does it all mean? What stood out?
Then they get into Elijah Moore, who showed up this week and spoke to the media on Thursday. They discussed the vibes Moore gave off and his fit in offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey's offense.
They also talk about players not coming to OTAs and if they'd like to see more players show up. Does it matter if they do or don't?

The NFLPA is trying to do away with the NFL's offseason program, proposing a move up to the start of training camp instead of the current system which involves mostly voluntary work and one mandatory minicamp.
