Roll Modeling: Reactions and Dragons
On this lesson of Detentions and Dragons, Josh and Matt talk about using reactions in combat. They discuss what the reaction action is, when and why a player might use them, and demonstrate reaction through semi-scripted role play.
Note: Some characters gained access to spells that they typically don't have for the sake of the demonstration. And... because I forgot level 3 wizards don't get level 3 spells.

Any teachers who currently DM or would like to DM for students need to listen to episodes of this podcast. If you’re new to DMing-in any fashion-Matt and Josh give invaluable tips!
Fantastic resource and entertaining
As a teacher/educator already using dungeons and dragons to instruct, I still came away from the first half dozen episodes learning quite a lot. They have a wonderful grasp of classroom management as well as some of the more pragmatic components to running games. Parents, teachers, or dungeon master is looking to just engage their group differently could learn a few things from this duo.
