We go through the teams doubling and ask who the "locked in" key men are, and hunt for differential opportunities - both within the doublers, and also in single gameweek teams too.

Where Are The Edges? | Gameweek 36
Double gameweek 35 is mostly in the books, and FPL – at least in the engaged end – seems to have taken that Buzz Lightyear meme where there’s hundreds of clones on a shelf to heart, while players are dropping like flies and many manager’s teams are redolent of the walking wounded.
Today, we investigate whether there are in fact any edges left open to us for the final 3 gameweeks of the season, or is it a case of just accepting your lot.
Plus the Gameweek 36 preview, including best transfers in (especially if, like Sam, your team is echoing those walking wounded!) and captaincy.

How Much Do We Risk? | Double Gameweek 35
WGTA return during the second half of double gameweek 34, which was without doubt one of the most swingy weeks we’ve seen for a while, with various permutations in terms of free hit choices and one week punts for those now on wildcards leading to really diverging outcomes here and there 🔀
We discuss possible changes to the game post FA Cup replay scrappage and outcome processing (in brief!) before moving onto discussing how much we risk in terms of the end of the season: Gameweeks are running out, so where do we (either on wildcard 35 or not!) take opportunities to risk it? 🎲

The best fpl pod alongside blackbox. I’ve been a listener for 3 year’s & I’ve never missed an episode. Great chemistry between Tom & Lucy (even Nick, if he bothers to turn up next season?).
Excellent Show
Always one of my must-listens every week for the last few years. A great source for FPL information. Always enjoyable and fun to listen to. Tom, Nick, and Stag are great hosts that have interesting perspectives and topics each week around FPL. I’d highly recommend them to anyone, especially first-time FPL managers or new players to the game. They helped me through my first year learning the game.
I also love the data aspect that’s woven into conversations. It adds to the experience but doesn’t take it over. Whether you’re a stats manager or an eye test manager, there’s something good to hear each week.
FPL Experience + Wit = podcast gold
Tom, Nick and now Anthony form a great trio and go deep into FPL topics. Some reviews say it sounds too scripted but I disagree and would say it’s *structured* which is totally necessary for a successful pod. I like following the personal FPL recaps of these experts, hearing about the player trends in “market forces”, pondering everyone’s diverse views in the features, and hearing the answers to weekly questions. My favorite part might be the correspondence section but that might just be to get Tom all riled up, lol. These guys go DEEP into stats and at usually 1h long pods, you will not be left unsatisfied. Absolutely essential FPL advice. 5 stars
