I'm not sure anyone ever sees these "show notes" but if you're out there & practicing along with these classes I publish, I'd sure love to know you're out there. I see the listener counts, but I rarely hear from anyone who is listening. Every once in a great while, I'll get an Instagram message but it's not often.

Power-full Yoga!
I love these classes! The dharma talk is thoughtful and inspiring. Jennifer is a great teacher and leader. I wish I was closer so I could experience her in person, but the Starlight practices are perfect for my early morning routine. Thank you so much for sharing yourself with us!
