Monique provides nuggets of information for mastering our relationships with ourselves and others. She teaches us to train our mind to live in the present moment. This involves learning about our habitual thoughts that keep us from growing and being our best selves. I feel lifted up and motivated to carry on this work in my everyday life when I listen to her podcasts. For me, it’s like receiving a warm hug with every podcast. ❤️
