Sean McCormick, the host, dives deep into the world of biohacking, chatting with experts on nootropics, nutrition, fitness, and even how to get a good night's sleep (because let's face it, who doesn't need that?).

I appreciate some of the unique to the field topics delved into here with guests you haven’t heard from on a million other health podcasts!

I love a host that will stand firm in their opinions regardless of the guest and is okay with standing alone even if it’s controversial.

Sean is someone we should all look to for the courage to be open to new ideas, and to stand firm when we have enough evidence to support those ideas.
