    3673 This. Changes. Everything.

In the midst of life's trials and tribulations, Easter offers a welcome respite from our everyday routines, reminding us that Jesus has risen. He is risen, He is risen indeed. This. Changes. Everything. This brings hope and renewal to all who believe and to those who question. When Jesus was on the cross, He was not alone. He bore the weight of the world's sins, offering redemption and salvation to all who seek Him. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Scripture tells us in Matthew 28:6, "He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay." This verse encapsulates the transformative power of Easter, showing that even in the face of death, there is resurrection and new life. Just as Jesus triumphed over the grave because of the Divine plan, we too can overcome our struggles and emerge stronger than before. You are not your sins. And that's why— This. Changes. Everything. The K.I.S.S. ~ This. Changes. Everything! In times of uncertainty and despair, it can be easy to lose sight of God's plan for us. However, Romans 8:28 reminds us that "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."  We don't always see what God is doing in the meantime, but God's meantime is better than our darkest corner moment. The enemy may tempt us with doubt, fear, and despair, but we can take comfort in the promise of God's redemption. 1 Corinthians 10:13 assures us that "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." "Satan's temptations are never greater than God's redemption." ~ Kristianne Wargo Today, as we reflect on the significance of Easter, we have the opportunity to choose the direction of our lives. Whether we are facing challenges or celebrating victories, the resurrection of Jesus reminds us that this. changes. everything. Let us walk in faith, hope, and love, knowing that we are never alone on this journey of life. God never left Jesus alone on the cross. He was there at the end, and He was there at the beginning. "He is risen, He is risen indeed." "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #HappyEaster 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3672 The Fresh and New Has Come

With Easter and Spring, what a great time to be reminded that marriages don't have to feel old and worn out. You can have a vibrant marriage because the fresh and new has come.  It is super easy to be lazy in our marriages. We cling to old habits and pastimes, attempting to maintain the peace because it's too much work otherwise.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The kids have us running all over the place, regardless of whether they are living with us or not. I have a good friend who schedules her time with her only daughter once a month to see her. I've wondered if she does the same, but on a more frequent basis, with her husband.  We take a lot for granted. We think tomorrow will be here and we'll do it then. But tomorrow is not guaranteed.  With Easter tomorrow, it brought to my attention how we need to love each other like God loved His Son and loves us! But we don't have time for that either. Or do we? I think we make time for what matters. They say if you were to look at your monthly bank statement, it would tell you exactly what you prioritize. For me, maybe food. I'm just joking. But seriously, how are you spending your time, money, energy, and emotions with your spouse? Are you creating a bond that is inseparable? Looking at Easter with Good Friday yesterday, God loved His Son through the end and through the beginning. That love endured throughout sunrises and sunsets.  But what about your love for your spouse?  We don't necessarily punish our spouses in the manner that Jesus took on our sins, but to a degree, we hold grudges and keep score as if they should be punished. At what point do you say, "I need to love the way God first loved me?" Because that changes everything!! The K.I.S.S. ~ Love changes everything! And it's not about love in the manner of what the world says, but how God shows us. Unconditional love needs to be the root of our marriage.  1 Corinthians 13:4-7 - "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." How are you loving your spouse? Love changes everything!  And it did the night that Jesus was crucified for you and me. Thankfully, Jesus rose on the third day in which we celebrate as Easter!  Love changes everything.  How can you take what God has proven to be true love and establish that in your marriage? 1. Practice Forgiveness Daily: Let go of past grievances and embrace a spirit of forgiveness towards your partner. Just as God forgave us through Christ, extend grace and mercy to your spouse, fostering a sense of healing and reconciliation in your relationship. Ephesians 4:32 - "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you." 2. Cultivate Kindness and Patience: Channel the love described in Corinthians by choosing to show kindness and patience in your interactions with your spouse. Small acts of kindness and understanding can go a long way in strengthening the bond between you and your partner. 3. Prioritize Quality Time: Make intentional efforts to talk openly and honestly with your spouse, creating a space for shared experiences and heartfelt conversations. That comes with quality time. Dedicate quality time to nurture your connection and deepen your understanding of each other's needs and desires. You get the opportunity to show your love as Christ loved you first. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3671 From Confession to Connection

Parents don't like being mean, but it is our responsibility to train up our children where they are to go.  Therefore, as a parent, how do you walk the fine line from confession to connection? Because one of the toughest things we must do is bridge that gap.  Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com We need to find the happy medium that allows our children to face the truth in their lives so they can grow and be transformed into who they are becoming.  And that takes work! It's not something you just wake up to with all the tools in your toolbox and can renovate accordingly. It takes conversation after conversation after timeout after grounding after taking away the tablet or phone. This is not a quick fix "I got it" mom job!! This goes on and on and on. It never ends. You know with today being Good Friday, I can't help but think about Jesus and His conversation with God the Father.  Jesus expressed the concept of doing what He desired versus what His Father in Heaven desired. In Matthew 26:39, Jesus prays, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will." This verse highlights the internal conflict Jesus faced, ultimately choosing to align His will with that of His Father, demonstrating obedience, sacrifice, and love. Jesus concludes in Matthew 26:42— He went away a second time and prayed, "My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, may your will be done." Jesus came back to His disciples and found them sleeping again. He left for the third time and after returning, told His disciples that "the hour has come, and the Son of Man is delivered into the hands of sinners." (Matthew 26:45) Yet Jesus knew the outcome. God the Father prepared Him for such a time as this. And whether or not we want to believe it, this was real to Jesus. He felt the pain and the agony of what was to come.  Our children need to understand that there are consequences to what they do, good or bad, and they need to be ready to accept them accordingly. But that training comes from us as their parents.  We have to model the way God the Father modeled to God the Son (the Son of Man). Otherwise, our children will miss the boat. So we must sacrifice comfort for the betterment of our children. The K.I.S.S. ~ Sacrifice comfort! Sacrificing comfort is more for us than for them. We have to do the hard stuff so they can live and impact with greater simplicity. Teaching them right from wrong every day keeps our children grounded.   To bridge the gap from confession to connection with their children, parents can incorporate the following practices: 1. Practice Forgiveness: Just as Jesus forgave those who wronged Him, parents can embody forgiveness when their children make mistakes. By showing forgiveness, parents not only relieve their children of guilt but also pave the way for a deeper connection based on understanding and grace. 2. Offer Guidance with Love: Jesus's teachings were filled with love and compassion, even when delivering guidance or discipline. Parents can emulate this approach by providing constructive feedback and setting boundaries out of love, rather than out of anger or frustration. By offering guidance with empathy and understanding, parents can strengthen the bond with their children. 3. Foster Open Communication: Like the relationship between Jesus and His Father, parents and children can nurture their connection through open communication. Encouraging honest dialogues, active listening, and mutual respect creates a safe space for children to seek guidance, share their struggles, and grow through their mistakes.   The key is to build a foundation of trust and communication that enables parents to support their children's journey from confession to connection. What you are creating is the sacred space! Navigating the complexities of parenting requires a delicate harmony of discipline, forgiveness, and love. Drawing inspiration from the sacrificial love exemplified on Good Friday and the teachings of Jesus, parents can guide their children through their mistakes with empathy, understanding, and grace.   By embracing forgiveness, offering loving guidance, and fostering open communication, parents can move from moments of confession to deeper connections with their children, embodying the enduring bond of love and redemption. In times of struggle and hardship, it is often our faith and connection to God that sustains us, helping us find our way back to the light. When we feel unseen and unheard, it can be tempting to retreat further into isolation, hiding our pain and struggles from the world. However, it is precisely in these moments of vulnerability that we need to reach out and connect with the divine presence that surrounds us. Oh God, do you hear me? By relinquishing our fears and doubts to our heavenly Father, we open ourselves up to the healing and transformation that can only come when we walk in the light. The K.I.S.S. ~ Walk in the light! 3669 Embracing Divine Fitness in a World of Temptations

No matter how hard you try, life poses challenges financially, relationally, and physically. If only one could figure out how embracing divine fitness in a world of temptations could elevate their days, then life would definitely be lived differently.  In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, it is written, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This scripture serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of treating our bodies as sacred vessels entrusted to us by God. Now, let me also clarify that in the context here, the Apostle Paul is speaking about sexual immorality. However, just looking at the part where it questions, "Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you...", would you not want to treat your body, inside and out, with respect, love, and care? I remember one thing my husband said to me when I was really in a battle with my body, and it still is heart-stopping to this day. "God wants you pure!" ~ Kristianne's Husband We can never be perfect here on Earth, but we can choose to be pure in a manner that serves our heavenly Father well while here on Earth.  You get one mind, one body, and one spirit. How are you choosing to live for Christ every day with your body? If we treat our bodies with disrespect, how does that translate to how we are treating God if our bodies are the temple? In a world filled with temptations and distractions, how can we shift our perspective toward divine fitness and prioritize what truly matters? The shift comes when we nurture our bodies. The K.I.S.S. ~ Nurture your body! The Shift: Our approach to fitness and well-being transforms when we view our bodies as temples of God. Instead of solely focusing on physical aesthetics or fleeting desires, we shift our mindset to honor our bodies as a gift from God, deserving of respect, care, and nourishment.   Divine fitness is not just about physical exercise; it encompasses holistic wellness—nurturing our bodies, minds, and spirits in alignment with our spiritual beliefs.   Three Ways to Embrace Divine Fitness and Escape Temptations: 1. Cultivate Mindful Movement: Engage in physical activities that not only strengthen your body but also elevate your spirit. Whether it's strength training, going for a nature walk, or dancing to uplifting music, choose activities that connect you with your inner being, bringing you closer to God. 2. Nourish with Intention: Fuel your body with wholesome, nourishing foods that support your overall well-being. Choose foods that energize you, nourish you, and honor your body's needs. Avoid succumbing to unhealthy temptations by mindfully selecting foods that align with your values and goals. 3. Connect with Community: Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who share your commitment to divine fitness. Seek support and encouragement from a community that uplifts and inspires you on your wellness journey. By fostering meaningful connections with others on a similar path, you can navigate temptations together and stay focused on what truly matters. Embracing divine fitness is not just about physical exertion—it's a holistic lifestyle that honors our bodies as temples of God. When you shift your perspective, you can escape temptations and realign with what truly matters—honoring your mind, body, and spirit as sacred gifts from God.   As you walk this Holy Week, really give yourself the space to know what God desires for you so you can honor God with your mind, body, and spirit.  This is the day that the Lord has made; love yourself and create your now! 3667 Do You Believe What You See in the Mirror?

Mirrors have a way of magnifying the good, bad, and ugly. No matter what you do, they capture the present moment. So, as you take a peek, do you believe what you see in the mirror? Now, be kind to yourself as you answer that question, and also be very honest. No need to beat around the bush if you want something different. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Change is a constant in life. And no matter where you turn, change will greet you. However, it's not worrying about the change, but how you will face it with eloquence and patience. See, that's where a lot of us mess up. We get impatient because we want what we want NOW! There's no time to wait. Can't you just order what you want and it appears? It's worked for Amazon. In life, it's not that easy. The reality is you have to be willing to stick with it longer than what it took to get where you are now.  Look at new businesses. You're not an overnight success racking in millions of dollars. It takes blood, sweat, and tears to get your business noticed and those willing to buy whatever you are selling. You have to build your customer base. The same goes for you. You have to build a solid foundation, one that you want. And if that foundation is unacceptable, you gotta make some changes with a sledgehammer or concrete jackhammer to make room for the changes.  Let's take it back to the mirror. If you are using the mirror as a tool to see what is happening, then you have to learn how to magnify what you want to see. The K.I.S.S. ~ Magnify what you want to see! I don't know about you, but there are things I want to do better and some I would like to change. What about you?   What do you want to magnify so that who you are is captured within your reflection?   If you're looking to make changes and become the person you aspire to be, here are three things you can start doing today: 1. Seek Discomfort: Growth often lies outside of your comfort zone. Challenge yourself by trying new activities, learning a skill you've always wanted to master, or engaging in conversations that push your boundaries. Embracing discomfort can lead to personal breakthroughs and increased resilience. 2. Embrace Failure: Instead of fearing failure, view it as a stepping stone to success. Failure provides valuable lessons, feedback, and opportunities for growth. By reframing how you perceive failure, you can adopt a more resilient and growth-oriented mindset. 3. Engage in Lifelong Learning: Never stop learning and exploring new ideas. Whether it's reading books, taking online courses, attending workshops, or engaging in stimulating conversations, continuous learning can broaden your perspectives, enhance your skills, and keep your mind sharp. Here's a profound thought: Should we ever get comfortable with who we see in the mirror? While self-acceptance and self-love are important, it's equally crucial to strive for personal growth and development.   Embracing change and continuous improvement can lead to a more fulfilling and purposeful life. So, while it's essential to appreciate and honor who you are in the present moment, never stop aiming to become the best version of yourself. Remember, the mirror reflects more than just your appearance. It reflects your mindset, your actions, and your potential for growth. Believe in the power of change, and watch as the reflection transforms into the person you've always wanted to see. "Be present. Be incredible. 3666 Renewed Day By Day

"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day." ~ 2 Corinthians 4:16 So much of Holy Week is in preparation for the jubilation that's to come after the shock and terror of Jesus' death on the cross. The greeting so overwhelming and overwelcoming. That would be a monumental moment of hope and excitement. Think how you would feel? Recognized as someone who matters and people notice. Palm Sunday became a day to celebrate the promises Jesus brought and the hope of salvation to come. Even though life is not easy, and struggles and troubles can weigh us down, we are renewed day by day. The K.I.S.S. ~ Renewed Day By Day! **Significance of Palms:** 1. **Victory and Triumph:** The waving of palm branches during Palm Sunday symbolizes victory, triumph, and honor. In biblical times, palm branches were often used as symbols of triumph and celebration, especially to welcome royalty or conquerors.     2. **Kingly Entry:** By spreading palm branches on the road as Jesus entered Jerusalem, the crowds were acknowledging him as a king, fulfilling the prophecy of Zechariah 9:9 where the Messiah is described as entering Jerusalem on a donkey.    3. **Peace and Restoration:** Palms are also associated with peace and restoration in the Bible. In Revelation 7:9, a great multitude is described as holding palm branches, symbolizing their victory and peace in Christ.     4. **Spiritual Renewal:** Palms are emblematic of renewal and rejuvenation. As believers wave palm branches on Palm Sunday, it signifies their acknowledgment of Jesus as the source of spiritual renewal and the giver of new life.     5. **Acknowledgment of Christ's Authority:** The act of laying down palm branches before Jesus as he entered Jerusalem was a public declaration of acknowledgment and submission to his authority as the promised Messiah and King.    6. **Foreshadowing of Resurrection:** The use of palm branches during Palm Sunday also foreshadows the triumph of Jesus' resurrection, symbolizing eternal life, victory over death, and the hope of salvation for all who believe in him.  As we reflect on the significance of Palm Sunday and look towards the hope that goes beyond the cross, may we be encouraged to persevere in faith, knowing that we are being transformed and renewed by the grace of God, day by day. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who endured the cross for the joy set before Him, and let us find hope in the promise of resurrection and eternal life in Him. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"   #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
