Legit!

Love the relevancy of this for sports, business, and life! Really it's just all "life". I coach basketball for North Metro Elite in Acworth, GA and individuals in business/life at Vermeer Southeast.....and these episodes are relevant to both. Thank you for doing this podcast. Blessings to you. Matthew 5:16

Too much to sift through…

I tune in because I’m addicted to coaching, but TJ and the gang are all over the map. They seem to be in conflict with themselves and the direction coaching modern sports (basketball) is headed. If you were a new coach, you would probably throw in the towel, listening to the amount of psychological warfare for coaches presented in this podcast for the most part. Coaching is a thankless job that many people can’t sink the energy into with the amount of grief that comes with the job nowadays. There are some outstanding points and lessons taught on here no doubt. I feel like I have to sift through too much fluff (e.g. culture and expectations, which always seems to be a question and not an answer) to get the pointers I’m looking for. Thanks for your energy and time.
