Workers Compensation in California -- the Basics

California maintains a no-fault system under which if you get hurt on the job, your employer is required by law to pay for workers’ compensation benefits. This system, in most cases, is the sole remedy for a workplace injury; in most instances, personal injury laws do not apply to an injury suffered at work. Wyman. Questions for Jeff and his guest? Please call, toll free, at (866) 798-8255.

I must admit that i only listened to the medical episode and one other but the host was rude to one of his callers and to his guest when she tried to correct him. Good idea for a podcast, bad host.
