I understand your situation on thinking about staying in, or trying to explore being a civilian, having a civilian job, and living a “normal” life. But if the concern is being deployed or having weird hours as a soldier, have you thought about the Air Force? Since their deployment isn’t as much as the Army. Also, having an MOS that’s like a desk job, like human resources or finance, would result in a “more normal” work hours, if that makes sense. I’m really enjoying your podcast, because I feel like you’re one of the people who can empathize with me cos I’m also a soldier just trying to make everything out of the Army, and being anxious about if I can make it outside the military. I’ll keep on following your content, Drill Sarnt! More power to you!
