Today’s healing meditation will explore living in the present moment….and being ok with the transient nature of life. The impermanence of life….the struggles…..and the strength within you to overcome any obstacle…everything is temporary…...
Let’s center..calling your Spirit, Guides and Masters to surround you in healing for the highest and greatest good ... .place any intentions you may have in your heart…..and so it is and so be it.
Find yourself in a comfortable relaxed position……. If you feel more relaxed lying down do so…close down your eyes…
Place a hand on your heart…….say silently……this too shall pass 3x…….feeling your heart accept this mantra…..inhale and exhale..deeply…..PAUSE
Feel the relaxation in your face and forehead….relax your brow…..another deep breath in and exhale…….
Notice the softening of your chest……be gentle with yourself…relaxing and letting go……
Your mind is accustomed to worrying…. use these words as an anchor to settle it down…..PAUSE
Understand that just as the clouds drift across the sky……so too will your challenges pass….
Visualize yourself as the sky itself—unchanging and vast……..while the challenges are merely temporary phenomena………Repeat the mantra again….."This too shall pass," feeling it's comforting reassurance………PAUSE
Feel your shoulders melt away from your ears……and down your back………PAUSE
You have been carrying the weight of worry on your shoulders……it is time to place it down……PAUSE
Keep coming back to the breath…..your body is more relaxed now…….
Now….go behind your physical eyes….to your inner eyes……and begin to visualize yourself on a path………
The path is clear as you look down… see your feet beneath you…….you are walking forward….PAUSE
The forest is supporting you….. nourishing you and giving you strength…..
The trees around you emanate a special energy…….you can feel it….in your being….
They give you clarity…and strength….. filling your entire being with optimism and faith in the future……….PAUSE
You feel so good ... .so cohesive and at peace…….
You hear in the echoes of the whispering trees once again “This too shall pass”......
You are comforted by the words……….
Settle in now….and allow yourself to go deeper……..
The music will play…..I will bring you back soon……..LONG PAUSE
Slowly return…….returning slowly….take full breaths in and out……
Welcome back to your surroundings………
Carry the wisdom of "This Too Shall Pass" with you……. embracing each moment with grace and resilience…….PAUSE
Gently….slowly open your eyes……returning to the present moment with a renewed sense of peace and clarity…….

Sometimes life may feel like the walls are closing in around us…and there’s no one to turn to…alone and lonely. You may feel like you want to run and hide….. It feels like there is no hope…it can feel like you can’t breathe. Maybe you are in this place now?
This is really hard… this is just too hard, maybe I should just give up. Do you hear these thoughts in your head?
The intention of today’s healing meditation is to build up your resolve and look beyond your challenges. Welcome your heart back…..don’t give up
Lets invoke: Calling forth your spirit, spirit guides and Angels. To surround you and guide you in this moment. Bring to mind a personal intention to your heart and to your mind and so it is and so be it….
Find yourself in the most relaxed position, lying down or seated……Notice the breath ... without changing it at the moment… feel the weight of your body and the sense of what you're sitting or lying on………..PAUSE
Breath by breath keep coming back to your breathing…
I invite you on a journey…a journey that speaks to your heart and most connected to your true self……….PAUSE
Now regulate the breath…long inhale and long exhale…matching its length…on both sides
Find a safe space in your mind's eye……..it is peaceful and serene….PAUSE
In your mind… see yourself….as if you are watching a movie……your on-screen self…….
See yourself walking through a long cold dark tunnel…….you are tired and you want to turn back but you keep on going…..LONG PAUSE
Your feet ache….rocks are beneath you..and you stumble to get your footing….
You keep going……. And going….PAUSE
You want to turn around…..but you keep going…..
You are with all the sadness….judgment and….pain……
Finally….there is a light at the end of the tunnel …….you slowly approach…..LONG PAUSE
This light represents hope….healing….. and the promise of a brighter future……..
As you continue your journey through the tunnel…..keep your focus on this guiding light…..PAUSE
Pause and reflect on moments of joy…..no matter how small….that have brightened your path
Embrace the resilience that allows you to find joy even in challenging times.
The rocky road changes to a lush green carpet of grass……
It is warm….inviting….sweet sounds of birds around you……
You are reminded of all the people that love you…your joys and accomplishments…….
You are on the right path…..you are not behind…..lost or scared anymore…PAUSE
Stay here as long as you like…..LONG PAUSE
Inviting you back…..back to your breath and movement of your body……
Remember…….. the tunnel of challenges is temporary……. and the light within you will guide you through……..PAUSE
Embrace your inner strength…..and know that you are capable of overcoming anything that comes your way…….

The intention of today’s healing meditation is to help you create a practice of personal growth and determination.
When we say yes.. we do more…. create more…. and live more….in a state of passionate living.
Begin by finding a comfortable position either in a seated position with your spine tall and
relaxed shoulders or comfortably lying down……..close your eyes……
Take a deep breath in through your nose…….allowing your abdomen to expand……and
exhale slowly through your mouth………releasing any tension or stress from your
body…..PAUSE
As you continue to breathe deeply……..feel a surge of energy that begins at the top of your
head……..and moves throughout your body…
Feel this light permeate every cell of your being…….filling you with a sense of peace and
tranquility……..but also a heightened state of excitement….PAUSE
Now……bring your awareness to your root chakra……located at the base of your spine….
Visualize this energy center as a vibrant red wheel spinning gently…….grounding you to the
earth and connecting you to your sense of stability and security………….PAUSE
With each inhale……..imagine this chakra growing brighter and more balanced……...
As you focus on your root chakra…….reflect on the importance of feeling grounded and
secure in your decisions…….. Know that by saying "yes" to new opportunities and
experiences……..you are expanding your horizons and embracing growth…….PAUSE
Next………shift your attention to your sacral chakra……… located just below your navel….
Envision this energy center as a glowing orange sphere………radiating creativity and passion……PAUSE
With each breath……feel this chakra opening…… allowing the flow of creative energy to
move freely within you…………
Think about the possibilities that open up when you embrace your creativity and passion………..PAUSE
Say "yes" to exploring new hobbies………interests……and talents……knowing that each
experience contributes to your personal growth and fulfillment……..PAUSE
Now…..move your awareness to your solar plexus chakra, located in the area of your upper abdomen.
Visualize this energy center as a vibrant yellow sun, radiating confidence and self-assurance.
As you breathe deeply……. feel this chakra strengthening…..empowering you to step into your personal power…..PAUSE
Reflect on the importance of saying "yes" to yourself – to your dreams…..desires……and aspirations……..
Trust in your abilities and believe in your potential to achieve anything you set your mind to.
Continue to breathe deeply as you bring your attention to your heart chakra…….located at the center of your chest……..PAUSE
Envision this energy center as a glowing green light……. radiating love and compassion.
With each inhale……. feel your heart chakra expanding…….opening you to give and receive love unconditionally……PAUSE
Think about the power of saying "yes" to love – to loving yourself and others fully and
Authentically………..
Allow yourself to release any fears or hesitations……knowing that love is the most potent force in the universe……….
Finally…….bring your awareness to your throat chakra…….located at the base of your throat……PAUSE

Witnessing another’s pain can be overwhelming. Especially if it is your child’s. No matter how old they are, they will always be your baby…the one you want to protect, soothe and comfort. You can feel helpless and at a loss.
The intention of today’s healing meditation is to see and witness their pain…and send them unconditional healing and love their way. As you send them love…. you free yourself from taking in the pain in your body and showing up for yourself with more love and compassion.
I call forth your spirit, spirit guides, Angels and guardians..to guide us through this challenging time. Set any intentions to your heart and mind now…and so it is and so be it.
Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down, allowing yourself to fully immerse in this moment of self-care and reflection…………
Close your eyes……..take a deep breath in….. and exhale slowly…….
Let go of any tension you may be carrying in your body……..
With each breath…… release the weight of the world and allow yourself to be fully present in this moment……PAUSE
Feel the love you have for your child……… a boundless and unconditional love……PAUSE
As you breathe in…… imagine this love expanding with each breath…… filling your entire being with warmth and compassion….PAUSE
Picture your child in your mind……recognizing the challenges they are facing……
See their pain….. acknowledge it without judgment…..and hold space for their emotions…..PAUSE
Understand that….. as a mother……you are a pillar of support…..and your love has the power to provide comfort and healing….PAUSE

Hello From Katie 💓 - Slow Down to Speed Up + A Million Little Reasons
Hey, it’s Katie and I’m here for a mid-month check in. How are you? How’s your month coming along? How’s your mental health?
We’re well into Mental Health Awareness Month and I hope you’ve really been enjoying all the bonus and guest meditations we’ve been providing across the network. The team and I have been working hard to make sure you have a wide variety of meditations and voices to support you!
I’m sharing honestly today about why we need to “slow down to speed up” and what that’s actually looked like for me this month (single mommying with hubs out of town, end of school extra activities and moving!). It ain’t been pretty y'all.
But I’m sharing because we all have these heavy seasons and I’ll walk you through what worked for me to lighten the load and helped me slow down, all in the name of preserving my mental health.
I also share a poem/meditation I wrote recently called “A Million Little Reasons” that I hope really speaks to your heart.
