ABOUT CLAIRE:
Claire Shen is a Chinese medicine practitioner, acupuncturist, Qigong healer, educator, and one of the pioneers of the Qi healing movement in eastern Asia. Her work on healing with Qi has been unique in its efforts of unearthing the ancient science behind native Chinese medical practices and bringing forth a narrative which is the Taoist perspective on the universe for physical and mental wellness. She is the one of the leaders in Taoist Qi Global Healing Program, and also works as a TCM practitioner in healing centers and educator in Taoist Qi Therapy Institution.
She started her journey as a disciple in an ancient school and began to conduct training with her master since 18, in hopes of healing her own health issues since childhood, through systematic study of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, Chinese healthcare ways of Yang Sheng and other ancient healing practices such as Qigong, Taoist meditation, alchemy, and Qi diet.
Ten years later, she began to heal patients with various physical and mental issues such as chronic and acute disease, COVID and sub-health conditions, emotional trauma, depression or mental illness in clinic centers, and gradually took up leadership roles on the Global Healing Program. Since the COVID-19 era from 2019 to 2021, this program which she is one of the key leads, had successfully trained over 1000 Qi healers to help more than 375,000 people to prevent COVID-19 and heal post-COVID conditions in China. Since 2022,in order to heal people worldwide, her program spread to the globe, with the aim of benefiting millions of people in more than 30 countries and 100 regions worldwide, with a focus on places with epidemics, wars, or natural disasters, and trains 1,000 Qi healers worldwide

ABOUT HARPINDER:
Harpinder Mann (she/her) is a Sikh Panjabi-American yoga teacher, mindfulness educator, and community builder living on Tongva land. Her childhood consisted of trauma from domestic violence, sexual abuse, and bullying which set her on a journey of healing through yoga, meditation, activism, and brave community. Now she aims to move through the world with compassion and joy.
This led her to create Harpinder Mann Yoga in 2018, where Harpinder works with women of color 1:1 on reclaiming their power & intuition to be free through yoga asana, meditation, breathwork, and spiritual connection. She has over 800 hours of yogic training within the traditions of Raja, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Prenatal Yoga from respected teachers across the globe. Without her teachers, ancestors, and women before her, none of this would be possible.
She is also actively working to decolonize wellness by creating community and providing real accessibility to her ancestral practices for BI&POC as the co-founder of the Womxn of Color Summit, an equitable community organization focused on creating brave and inclusionary spaces for women and non-binary people of color to share stories and knowledge as well as make impactful change.
