Deep grief

Having just lost our sweet dog of 14 years , I am experiencing deep grief . I would compare it to the loss of my father, intense.
We , my husband and I have had a morning and evening routine with Ivey , we now seem lost.
She was my constant companion as all of my own children have left the house.
Nelson perfectly describes the segments of the heavy grief we have been experiencing.
So much truth, these companion pet relationships are pure love. Thank you for this podcast, so very helpful.
