Life changing

I absolutely love this podcast. It has truly changed my trajectory in such a positive way. I spent years doing all the diets, hurting my body, and never seeing true change. Heather has given me the tools to help figure out who I’m meant to be and who I WANT to be!! Love her!!

Focusing on heath and wellness is where it’s at!

I love how much she opens up and shared her true struggles with body image and self-satisfaction. I am struggling to pivot from weight loss goals to higher mind heath and wellness goals. This podcast is wonderful to start my day to. It helps set my mind up for thoughts around my happiness and healthfulness instead of feeling like I should be weighing in and analyzing how I look each morning. Thank you, Heather!

Amazing!!

I consider myself beyond lucky to have seen Heather on Tik Tol. I loved her content so much that I found her podcast to listen to. Very uncommon for me. However, something about her content. She is incredible. funny, honest, motivating, kind, hepful and the list goes on and on. I truly find her life changing and I am forever grateful for her openness, honesty and help.
