Today I don't have a quest, only me myself and I.

Now despite setbacks like battling glandular fever and taking two months off from my Ironman training, I am refusing to succumb to a victim mindset. Instead, I want to emphasise the importance of resilience and having a proactive response when plans go awry. I want to highlight the value of adapting to new challenges without dwelling on past setbacks. I also want to advocate for a proactive approach, urging you all to rise from adversity and embrace the journey ahead. I hope my story serves as a testament to the power of determination and resilience in pursuing our goals, no matter the obstacles or challenges ahead.

Thank you for giving me hope

What an amazing podcast full of real hope and resilience. Hearing Kent’s story and the stories of others on the podcast is inspiring for anyone who has struggled with mental health or addiction.

Absolutely incredibly beautiful!!

I happened to stumble on this podcast on TikTok and ran to listen. Dani and Kent are absolutely amazing, honest, vulnerable people. That really want to help and speak openly about mental health. I lost my son to suicide almost 3 years ago. So when Dani said when will it get better and her friend said have you put in the work. It stopped me in my tracks. No truer words have ever been said. Then listening to Kent’s story and how this all started is amazing. Along with so much more to listen too. We’re all fighting some battle and taking care of our mental health is a priority. Listening to others that we relate to is so incredibly helpful! Hearing Dani’s story I felt her pain because i have been there. Listening to Kent talk about just totaling your car driving home and taking your own life. I felt that! I’ve been there. Hearing I am not alone is so helpful! This podcast is so amazing for getting that out there to the world to help raise awareness for mental health and suicide. And just showing that we are not alone!

Big fan and forever listener! 💚💜
