Hey, I'm Sally Osborne, the coming out coach. Raised in the LDS (Mormon) church, I had a clear plan for my life since as early as I can remember. Until everything suddenly imploded. After a deep dive into my soul, I experienced the excruciating pain of losing my faith. My internal world was destroyed and my external world came soon after.

When I had the strength, I began to search for the bricks to begin rebuilding. I desperately needed to understand myself. To heal. To believe in myself. To FIND myself. And then to be true to myself. I realized I am GAY and have been my whole life! Soon after came the pain. Staying married to a man would have been the ultimate betrayal of self.

So, I did it. I came out! I am living my truth. I'm here on the other side and you guys, believe me when I tell you it is WORTH IT! I don’t just feel happy, I feel ALIVE! And it is so beautiful.

After coming out of religion or the closet, there are still challenges to be faced. THIS is life. Being a human is not easy. We're all on the path, evolving and discovering more of who we are every day. No matter where you are on your journey, I am here for it.

Peace Out is for everyone. I'm here for you, your partner, parent, sibling, or BFF, as you peacefully navigate coming out of religion or coming out of the closet. Or if you're like me, both!

I created this podcast to give you some encouragement and love through these super challenging times. Whether you personally have questions, are looking for help, or a even a community, I see you. I hear you. You got this!

When you feel like you don’t fit in, you fit in right here.
