His music is life changing - thank you for this podcast.
Thank you for dedicating a podcast to whom I personally feel is the greatest composer of our time.
It's amazing to know that his music has had the same life altering effect on others as it has had on me. I heard someone say "soundtrack of their life" and that is exactly how I feel. His music has been my comfort in travel, divorce, children, career changes etc. His music brings me comfort in a way that nothing else can and is always with me to transport me back to my cherished memories.
For me it means...
Filling the space on days I grieve a 100 deaths. As a palliative care provider I have the honor to walk a small distance along side someone’s end of life experience and these daily journeys are often accompanied by Ludovico’s music. And as a footnote,
My first introduction to Ludovico was through the Ricky Gervais show, Derek.
Incredible!
The realization that a lot of what one endures, encounters, and enjoys is shared by many people especially through the medium of such a beautiful and inspiring thing as music is a thoroughly emotional , enlightening, and electrifying experience.
