Thank you
Very helpful!!! Thank you so much for making this podcast
Very well done
Great notes. Helps all understand what the city council and mayor do. Appreciate the status.
Most useful resource in Houston
I just recently discovered this project, but kudos to Emily and her producer (Collin?) on creating something useful and pleasant and timely.
Everyone should pay attention to local politics—they affect you and your neighbors more than anything on the national stage, but there is a high barrier to entry that requires free time to build up a knowledge base. Usually you only make that time when your community is being harmed. Emily Takes Notes gives the highlights and just enough context to keep us all as informed as we should be. We are our brothers’ keepers, and Emily is helping us be better about minding what our system does to or is not doing for our brother LSS and sisters in Houston.
