Yaaassss!!!!

I love the transition into self-care! Many times as a wife, mother, daughter, and all the roles we hold in between, we forget to recharge. Then we wonder why our burnout is real. As my big sister said, you can’t be anything to anyone until you put you first! This podcast is a BIG reminder of that! Navigating this post-spousal death life is not easy and it takes self-care to not only get through but to thrive. You’ve done it once again Dr. Alisha! Showing us there’s a light at the end of whatever tunnel we’re going through. Thank you! Looking forward to more episodes!!💜

On point and honest

I’m so grateful I found this podcast. So much of what’s spoken about is how I feel as a new widow of 4 months. I was in an unhappy marriage and I have been leaning into the new freedom that I have.I’m listening to the
10-25-21 podcast on Self-Discovery and so much of what’s said is what I’ve been saying to myself. Hearing others in the same position confirms that I’m on the right track. Thank you.

So helpful and generous

I’ve been listening for about a year, and have been widowed for a little over a year. I found The FLY Widow Podcast to be helpful in ways I couldn’t otherwise access (in conversation, early on) especially during a pandemic. Thank you for investing your time and energy so generously, Alisha! I hope doing so exponentially continues to heal you, as well, with each new episode.
