    In our fourth episode, we discuss Representative Jerry Nadler's Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and expungement Act of 2019 or The MORE Act (H.R. 3884). This bill would decriminalize marijuana by removing marijuana from the list of scheduled substances under the Controlled Substances Act. Additionally, this bill would expunge federal marijuana convictions and arrests. Lastly, it would provide funds, via tax, for social programs aimed at helping those communities most affected by the War on Drugs.
