Holy Shit I'm No Longer Vegan?!
In this episode host Kayla Nielsen shares her why behind not being "Vegan" anymore. Sometimes the vegan community can get a little intense when people say they are no longer vegan. However this episode is just meant to be informative and transparent.

My Process of Overcoming Orthorexia With Intuitive Eating + How I Eat in a Day
That’s right, I had orthorexia (and didn’t even know it).
This episode has been a long time coming, and I’m happy to finally share it at a time where I can say I feel like I’ve found food and body freedom.
In the show I talk about:
-A recap of my addiction and health journey leading to orthorexia.
-How fasting created an eating disorder.
-Different experiences and practices that helped me start to heal my relationship with food and body (including Ayahuasca and Intuitive Eating).
-How I eat in a day now with tangible Intuitive Eating tips and tools.
-The impact diet culture has on our minds, and in turn our bodies.
This is an important episode, as eating disorders and disordered eating impacts so many of us. Please share with a friend or family member who may be struggling.

Well rounded and insightful
I’ve been listening to Kayla’s podcast since it started. I love the different concepts, conversations and topics her podcast has. From silly to serious ~ some episodes have me giggling and some have me tearing up. She speaks from the heart, experiences and healing. I feel seen, inspired and educated.
love you kayla!
thank you so much for your vulnerability
Honest and Inspiring
Kayla is so honest about her life experiences, opinions, and thoughts. She is vulnerable and shares a lot of different parts of her life. It’s really inspiring to hear and has helped me to open up and get honest with myself. I really appreciate your authenticity. Hearing you talk about your stories helped me share my sexual assault which I kept to myself for 12 years. Thank you for all that you do and all that you’re putting out there.
