He discusses topics that are interesting and meaningful for those who are trying to maximize life in our later years. There are so many Health, Wellness and Longevity podcast out there, but this is the only one that I subscribe to on a regular basis. David is such a positive and energetic host, and his interviews move well with that same energy and pace. Upbeat, and informative.
