I’m new to the real estate profession, less than 6 months in. I just found this podcast on Tuesday and now every time I’m in the car I play it. Kenny gives great tips that are free and most importantly useful. Thank you!! Im trying to find some of the resources to print, but the website says it’s expired! Is there a way for me to get the printable resources? Either way, I will keep listening! Thanks!

I’m new to listening to podcasts, and this one has been my favorite yet. Also, I’m new into real estate, so Kenny has taught me so much already. He is very knowledgeable and breaks things down where you can relate to. He has given me so much knowledge on what to expect and how to handle certain situations that you never knew that you would need to know that school or anything else doesn’t prepare you for. I feel what really makes this enjoyable to listen to is, the energy that he puts out and wants to help people. Kenny, I really enjoyed listening to this, I would love to listen to any other Real estate podcasts that you come up with.

I am currently in my Real Estate Pre-Licensing class while concurrently listening to this podcast as well as others. This podcast has a plethora of good advice and pointers in order to successfully break into and (hopefully) succeed in the Real Estate world. I love that he keeps it simple and reminds you to keep the personal connections with everyone to make people remember who you are and that you care. I look forward to my new career and am planning on using the tools explained in this podcast to be a success.
