Outstanding episode 234

I am an early adopter of this podcast thanks to Mitch. I have been a fan of his contributions tour guides like me for many years.
Episode 234 brings us something new: a man with industry expertise at another level, talking about use of AI (artificial intelligence) in our business.
I loved this episode, particularly an example drawn from Crete, a destination I visited a month ago. Similar to the presenter , my visit went to another level because I hired a brilliant local guide (an archeologist.). Great stuff! Keep it up!
