Resolutions podcast

I’m actually kind of disappointed with this particular podcast because it’s talking a lot about how people have the New Years resolution of losing weight and with McLean being a mental hospital that changed my life and helped with my eating disorder I’m just surprised that they didn’t mention anything about how detrimental it can be for setting resolutions for losing weight and just talking about sweets and cutting things out it’s just shocking to me.
