Much room for improvement

Unfortunately, this is a podcast with great potential that fails to deliver all that it could.

Inexplicably, the host does not read the books which are discussed by the author during the interview. As such, there is a disappointing failure to ask pertinent questions which could make the interview so much more interesting. Instead, the host asks a litany of generic questions which fail to get the most out of each topic. At other times, the hosts ask questions which make it patently obvious he is not at all versed in the subject matter.

Great Job

I have bought multiple books after listening to this podcast and have never been disappointed.
