Nature vs Narcissism is a true crime/comedy podcast based in Cincinnati, Ohio where Heather and her guests discuss true crimes and the narcissists who commit them. Sometimes we have alcohol and sometimes things get weird. Relaunching on our 4th PodBirthday (Oct 22, 2021), the structure changed a lot. Every episode is different and every episode is entertaining! We will delve into whether we think nature made the criminals commit these heinous acts, or if it's simply their narcissism getting the best of them. Keep in mind, this podcast is strictly for entertainment purposes and is in no way a professional diagnosis of the subjects discussed.

    Aileen Wuornos (Part 2)

Join Heather and Brittany in Part 2 of Aileen Wuornos to see what their thoughts are on Nature, Nurture, and Narcissism. WHY did Aileen do what she did? Why did she behave so erratically? COULD she have stopped killing? Could she ever have actual remorse for her actions? Did she truly believe that she was the target of government conspiracies? What was going on in that head of hers?

And what about Dawn? Was she a positive influence on Aileen? Or just another person who Aileen could manipulate, gaslight, and take advantage of?

    Aileen Wuornos (Part 1)

    Aileen Wuornos (Part 1)

The Monster. The Damsel of Death. Infamously referred to as the first female serial killer. At five feet, four inches tall and 137 pounds; a transient sex worker who took the lives of 7 men in several acts of self-defense, according to her. But how could this be possible? Aileen aka Lee, was all love, at one time, stating quote “Too bad society has me all wrong, from all the cop lies and defamation put out on me. Because really I was all ‘LOVE’. Now I’m not.”

For this episode, I tried to stick to the dates and the facts that we knew about Aileen and her criminal life.

In part 2, We will delve more into our thoughts regarding her crimes, behavior, and details that we found straight from her writings and interviews.

So, join us next week for Part 2 - where Brittany (From Where The Weird Things Are Podcast) and I will do a deep dive discussion about the case, the people involved, our thoughts regarding nature vs nurture, and much more.

Battered women

Ladies just listened to your podcast on the Gallego’s. I wish you would do some research on what goes on with battered women. I don’t know the whole story as far as the abuse in this relationship but you immediately judged her. “Why would she stay?” “Why did she even choose him?” These are the kind of gaslighting questions battered women deal with all the time. 1 in 4 women is battered. I promise you know more than one woman. Signed a formerly battered woman

This is the worst podcast I have ever heard

This podcast is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in their rambling, incoherent banter were they even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your souls.
